Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident of arson at Micklem JMI School on Boxted Road, Hemel Hempstead.
The incident took place between 4.30am and 5.45am on Thursday, June 23, when offenders are alleged to have set fire to a portacabin on the school site.
Significant damage was caused to the portacabin.
Investigating officer, PC Mhari Adams, said: “I am appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and witnessed anything suspicious to get in touch. I’d also be interested to speak to anyone who may have further information about this crime.”

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Loudwater Lane, Rickmansworth on Monday, July 4.
The incident took place at approximately 2pm when two offenders forced their way into the property. No items were stolen. They are then suspected to have made off from the scene in a car.
At 2.40pm on the same day, a car - believed to be connected to this incident - was seen driving erratically on Chorleywood Road (the A404) and then onto the M25 at junction 18.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in York Close, Kings Langley.
The incident took place between 12pm on Thursday, June 23 and 5.30pm on Friday, June 24 when offender(s) forced entry into the property.
Once inside they stole a significant number of items of jewellery before leaving the house and making off in an unknown direction.

A top footballer and his wife have made a donation to the fund set up to try to save cancer girl Luna Petagine.
Former Spurs player Steffen Iversen and his British born wife Anna have joined the battle after both were deeply moved by the plight of four year old Luna.
The couple who live with their two children Joey, five and Charlotta, two in Hyde Lane, Herts have made two donations to help boost the fund that has been set up to raise £100,000 Luna needs for pioneering treatment only available in the United States.
Steffen, 35 who now plays for Championship side Crystal Palace and Anna are donating a fee for an interview they have given to OK magazine for its Norwegian edition.
Former Norwegian International Steffen and Anna are also donating a 10 day holiday in Peyia, near Pathos, Cyprus.
The holiday will be auctioned off at a fund raising dinner for Luna at the Pin Wei Chinese restaurant in Abbots Langley, organised by Nik Allen, editor of the My Local News Group.
The dinner on July 14 has already been sold out after dozens of people clamoured to book a place.
Anna said: “I first heard about it from other mums at school and then I read about it and Steffen and I decided we had to do something to help.

Police investigating an alleged incident of voyeurism in Watford are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at Gibbs Couch on Thursday, May 26, at approximately 4.50pm, when it was reported a man had been videoing young women with his mobile phone. The women were not approached or harmed in any way during the incident.

Kings Langley FC are holding an open day to help find more players for the newly formed Ladies team and existing girls sides. It is being held on Sunday 24th July between 10am and 1pm at Kings Langley FC, Gaywood Park, Hempstead Road, Kings Langley, WD4 8BS.
For the newly formed Kings Langley Ladies team, players must be 16 and over to play in the league.
