Police are appealing for the public’s help in tracing a missing 15-year-old girl from St Albans.

Gemma Wakeling was last seen on Thursday (Thursday, July 22) at around 8.30am on Green Lane, Watford. It is believed she may be in the South Oxhey area of Watford as she has a lot of friends there. She also has links to Kings Langley.

Gemma is described as white, around 5ft 5in tall and slim. She has very long dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing cropped blue denim jeans with a rolled cuff at the ankle, sleeveless light blue hooded top, turquoise vest top and her hair tied in a pony tail.

Concerns are growing for her safety and wellbeing at this time. Gemma is asked to make contact with her family or the police. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact police on 0845 33 00 222.
